How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect mains power before opening the cabinet.
- Access electronics: Remove the top cover and any side panels necessary to access the main control and any separate power module.
- Reseat connectors: Unplug and firmly reconnect all multi-pin connectors between boards and to the motor/heater harness. Look for bent pins or corrosion.
- Inspect for damage: Check both boards for burnt components or cracked solder joints, especially around large relays and connectors.
- Harness check: Follow the harness between boards and to the motor/heater. Repair any damaged sections.
- Module replacement: If no wiring issues are found and F11 persists, replace the faulty module (main control or power module) as per service documentation.
