Possible Causes

Loose harness between main PCB and display board, Damaged communication tracks on PCB, Corroded connectors, Faulty main or display PCB

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect mains power before removing the top or control panel.

Steps to check:

  • Access control area: Remove the top cover and front control fascia to expose the main PCB and display/UI board.
  • Reseat connectors: Disconnect and reconnect all multi‑pin connectors between the boards. Ensure they latch securely.
  • Inspect for corrosion: Look for green/white deposits on pins or tracks indicating moisture damage. Clean lightly with contact cleaner if minor; replace boards if severe.
  • Check harness: Follow the harness between boards and look for pinched or cut wires.

If F11 remains after reseating and inspection, one of the boards is likely defective and should be replaced.
