Safety first: Unplug the dryer before inspecting filter housing.

• Inspect lint filter: Check for tears, cracks, or warping. Replace if damaged. Ensure it is the correct Ikea filter for your model.
• Seat filter properly: Insert the filter fully into its housing until it sits flush. An improperly seated filter allows lint to bypass.
