Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before accessing internal pump or float components. Water and electricity are a hazardous combination.
- Empty the water tank: Pull out the condensate water tank (usually at the top left or right). Empty it completely and reinstall it firmly until it clicks.
- Check tank seating and float: Ensure the tank is fully inserted and level. Some models use a float or magnet in the tank; verify it moves freely and is not stuck by scale or debris.
- Inspect condensate path: Open the lower front flap and check the area around the condenser for standing water. Clean any lint or debris from the drain channel and small hose leading to the tank or pump.
- Check condensate pump (if present): Access the pump at the base of the dryer. Inspect for blockages in the inlet and outlet hoses. If the pump is noisy, seized, or does not run when the tank is empty and the dryer is on, it may need replacement.
After clearing blockages and emptying the tank, reconnect power and test. If E07 persists with an empty tank, the float switch or level sensor may be faulty and require replacement.
