How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Motor and tachometer checks:
- Access motor: Remove the rear or side panel to expose the drive motor.
- Inspect connectors: Ensure the motor plug and tachometer connector are fully seated and free of corrosion.
- Test tachometer: Measure resistance across the tachometer terminals. An open circuit indicates a failed tachometer; replace the motor assembly.
- Check harness: Inspect and test continuity of the wiring from motor to PCB.
If all wiring and motor are OK: The motor control circuitry on the main PCB may be defective and the board should be replaced.
