Possible Causes

Blocked condenser channels, kinked or blocked drain hose to tank, faulty water level sensor, leaking sump or seals

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect mains power. Be prepared for water spillage when opening lower panels.

Water path checks:

  • Clean condenser: Remove and thoroughly clean the condenser unit and its housing.
  • Inspect drain path: Check the small hoses from the condenser sump to the pump and from the pump to the water tank. Clear any blockages and straighten kinks.
  • Check water tank: Ensure the tank is fully inserted and that its valve or float mechanism is not stuck.
  • Inspect level sensor: If fitted, check the float switch or electronic level sensor in the base tray for free movement and clean contacts.

After cleaning: Reassemble, restore power, and run a cycle while monitoring for proper water transfer to the tank and absence of H20 warning.
