Safety first: Disconnect mains power before removing the control panel.

Panel service:

Remove fascia: Take off the top cover and carefully unclip the control fascia.
Inspect for moisture: Look for signs of condensation or spills. Gently clean the PCB and keypad area with isopropyl alcohol and allow to dry fully.
Check button action: Press each button and feel for a positive click. If some feel flat or do not click, the keypad or fascia may need replacement.
Inspect PCB tracks: Under magnification, look for cracked solder joints at the button contacts and re-solder if you are competent to do so.

Resolution: If cleaning and minor repairs do not restore function, replace the user interface board or fascia assembly.
