How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the dryer before opening the console.
- Power reset: Leave the dryer unplugged for 5–10 minutes, then plug back in and test the buttons.
- Clean the panel surface: Wipe the control panel with a slightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Do not spray cleaner directly onto the panel.
- Inspect ribbon cable: Remove the console back cover and reseat the ribbon cable between the keypad and control board.
- Replace the user interface: If specific buttons remain dead, replace the user interface control panel assembly.
