Dryer leaks water onto the floor during or after operation (condenser/heat pump models).

Safety first: Unplug the dryer. Mop up any spilled water to prevent slipping.

• Check water tank: Ensure the condensate tank is not overfilled and is fully inserted. Empty and reseat it firmly.
• Clean drain channel: Locate the drain channel leading from the sump to the tank or pump. Clear lint and debris with a soft brush or pipe cleaner.
• Inspect hoses: Remove the lower front or side panel to access condensate hoses. Check for cracks, loose clamps, or disconnections. Replace or secure as needed.
• Examine pump housing: Look for leaks around the condensate pump. Replace the pump assembly if the housing is cracked or seals are leaking.
