Safety first: Disconnect power before removing panels or working near electrical parts.

• Empty water tank: Remove the condensate container and empty it completely. Reinsert it fully until it clicks into place.
• Clean tank and float: Rinse the tank with warm water to remove lint and detergent residue. Ensure the internal float moves freely and is not stuck.
• Check drain channel: Inspect the condensate channel from the sump to the tank or pump for lint clogs. Use a flexible brush or pipe cleaner to clear blockages.
• Test condensate pump: Access the pump (usually at the base). Check for obstructions in the pump housing. With power restored briefly, listen for pump operation during a cycle (use caution and avoid contact with live parts).
• Replace faulty components: If the pump does not run or the float switch is defective, replace the condensate pump assembly or float switch as appropriate.
