Possible Causes
Condenser not seated correctly, Cracked or blocked drain hose, Leaking pump housing, Overfilled or misaligned water tank
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the dryer. Mop up any spilled water to avoid slipping.
- Check water tank: Ensure the tank is not overfilled and is pushed fully into place. Empty and reseat it.
- Inspect condenser seating: Remove the condenser and check the sealing surfaces. Clean any lint and reinstall it firmly so that gaskets seal properly.
- Check internal hoses: Remove the lower front or rear panel and inspect the small drain hoses from the condenser to the pump and from the pump to the tank. Look for cracks, disconnections, or blockages. Replace or reattach as needed.
- Inspect pump housing: Look for cracks or leaks around the pump body. Replace the pump assembly if it is leaking.
