How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the dryer before reaching into any openings or removing panels.

  • Check drum and baffles: Inspect inside the drum and under the baffles for coins, buttons, or small objects. Remove any debris.
  • Inspect lint filter housing: Remove the lint filter and look down into the housing with a flashlight. Vacuum out any objects.
  • Access blower wheel: Remove the front or rear panel to reach the blower housing. Open it and remove any foreign objects from the wheel.
  • Tighten hardware: Check that all panel screws and internal brackets are tight.
