Restore accurate moisture sensing:

• Clean the moisture sensor bars inside the drum with a mild abrasive cleaner (e.g., vinegar solution) to remove waxy softener residues.
• Check that the drum is properly grounded via the carbon brush or grounding strap; inspect and replace if worn.
• Inspect the wiring from the sensor bars to the control board for continuity.
• If clothes still remain damp while the dryer reports them dry, or F19 persists, the control’s moisture sensing circuit may be defective and require board replacement.
