Possible Causes
Failing main control board power supply, Loose neutral connection, Shorted low-voltage component, Corroded harness connectors
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power at the breaker. Electronic troubleshooting should be done carefully.
- Inspect wiring: Access the main control board and inspect all connectors for looseness, corrosion, or heat damage. Reseat each connector firmly.
- Check neutral and ground: Ensure the neutral and ground connections at the terminal block and chassis are tight and free of corrosion.
- Look for shorts: Inspect harnesses for pinched or rubbed-through insulation that could cause intermittent shorts to the cabinet.
- Board evaluation: If wiring is sound and E15 persists, the low-voltage power supply on the main control board is likely failing. Replace the main control board with the correct Monogram part.
