How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Switch off and unplug the dryer. Do not force the door violently as this may damage the cabinet.

  • Allow to cool: Wait 10–20 minutes for the door seal and latch to cool and contract slightly, then try opening again.
  • Gentle pressure: Press inward on the door while lifting the handle to relieve pressure on the latch.
