Possible Causes
Clogged lint filter, Blocked condenser or heat exchanger, Restricted vent hose (vented models)
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before cleaning internal components.
- Clean lint filter: Remove and clean the door filter after every cycle. Wash with warm soapy water if coated with residue.
- Clean condenser/heat exchanger: On condenser and heat pump models, remove the lower front panel, slide out the condenser, and rinse thoroughly under running water. Allow to drain before refitting.
- Check venting (vented models): Inspect and clean the vent hose and external vent grille. Remove lint and ensure good airflow.
- Avoid overloading: Dry smaller loads and separate heavy items from light ones to improve air circulation.
- Test moisture sensor: Clean the metal moisture sensor bars inside the drum with vinegar to remove softener film that can affect automatic programs.
