Dryer display shows unusually short or long remaining times that do not match actual drying progress

Safety first: Unplug the dryer before cleaning sensor bars or accessing internal parts.

• Clean moisture sensors: Wipe the metal sensor bars inside the drum with a cloth and mild detergent or vinegar to remove residues.
• Avoid small loads on sensor programs: Very small or mixed loads can confuse the sensor system. Use timed programs for such loads.
• Check NTC sensors: If drying times are erratic and temperatures seem wrong, test the NTC sensors and replace if faulty.
• Factory reset: If available, perform a factory reset of the control to clear any stored anomalies.
