Dryer door will not stay closed; it pops open during operation

• Inspect latch and strike: Examine the plastic or metal catch on the door and the strike on the cabinet. Replace any worn or broken parts.
• Adjust hinges: Check that the door is aligned evenly with the cabinet. Loosen hinge screws slightly, adjust the door position, and retighten.
• Check door seal: Inspect the gasket for deformation that may push the door open. Replace if damaged.
