Misaligned Bisquette Feed Mechanism
Bisquettes advance too far or drop incorrectly, causing jams or unburned pucks.

Possible Causes
Loose feed guide or chute, Worn or bent push plate, Incorrect bisquette size or non‑Bradley pucks, Debris buildup on feed track
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the smoke generator before adjusting the feed mechanism.
Adjustment steps:
- Use only Bradley bisquettes: Confirm you are using genuine Bradley bisquettes. Off‑size pucks can misfeed.
- Clean feed track: Remove the bisquette stack and clean the feed chute, track, and push plate with a dry brush to remove ash and debris.
- Check push plate alignment: Manually cycle the push plate (with power off) and observe its travel. It should push a bisquette cleanly onto the burner plate without tipping. If bent, carefully straighten or replace the push plate.
- Tighten guides: Ensure any screws holding the feed guide or chute are tight so the path remains straight.
- Test with a few pucks: Reassemble and test with a small stack of bisquettes, watching the feed action closely. Make further minor adjustments as needed.
