Smoker produces very little or no smoke even though bisquettes are advancing and burning.

Safety first: Use gloves when handling the hot burner plate or bisquettes.

Steps to increase smoke:

• Check burner plate: Ensure the bisquette burner plate in the smoke generator is clean and free of heavy ash. Gently scrape off buildup when cool.
• Verify burner heating: During operation, carefully feel near (not on) the burner plate to confirm it is getting hot. If not, the burner element may be failing and should be replaced.
• Adjust vent: Partially close the top vent to retain more smoke while still allowing moisture to escape.
• Use dry bisquettes: Store Bradley bisquettes in a dry place. Discard any that are swollen or soft.
