• Verify app and device: Ensure your phone/tablet Bluetooth is on and the Char‑Broil app is updated.
• Reset pairing: Follow the manual to clear existing pairings on the smoker (often by holding a specific button combination) and re‑pair from the app.
• Reduce interference: Move the smoker and phone closer together and away from other wireless devices.
• Module replacement: If the smoker never appears in the app and other devices work fine, the internal wireless module or control board may be faulty and require replacement.
