Excessive smoke leaking from door and around cabinet seams

• Inspect door gasket: Look for cracks, missing sections, or areas where the gasket has pulled away from the door. Replace with an OEM Char‑Broil door gasket if damaged.
• Check door alignment: Close the door and look for uneven gaps. Adjust hinges or latch (if adjustable) so the door closes evenly and firmly.
• Tighten cabinet screws: Around the door frame and cabinet seams, tighten any loose screws to pull panels together.
• Replace warped parts: If the door or frame is visibly warped and cannot seal, replacement of the door assembly or cabinet panel may be required.
