• Check sensor mounting: Ensure the cabinet sensor is firmly attached and not touching the heating element or metal surfaces that could cause it to read hotter than the air.
• Inspect wiring: Tighten any loose sensor connections at the control board.
• Factory reset (if available): Some Cuisinart models allow a factory reset of the controller (consult manual). Perform the reset to clear calibration errors.
• Replace sensor or board: If readings remain inaccurate, replace the cabinet temperature sensor first. If the problem persists, replace the control board.
