Excessive condensation forms on the door glass and drips out during cooking.

Safety first: Use caution when opening the door; hot steam can escape rapidly.

• Adjust water pan level: Fill the water pan only to the recommended level. Overfilling increases steam production.
• Open exhaust vent: Ensure the exhaust vent is at least partially open to allow moisture to escape.
• Check top gasket: Inspect the top section of the door gasket for gaps that allow moist air to condense on cooler surfaces outside the cabinet.
• Wipe periodically: During long cooks, briefly open the door and wipe the glass with a heat-resistant cloth if safe to do so.
