Water or grease is leaking from the bottom of the smoker onto the ground or deck.

Safety first: Let the smoker cool before removing pans. Grease can be very hot.

• Check drip pan placement: Ensure the main drip pan is installed in the correct rails and fully pushed back to catch drippings.
• Clean drain hole: Locate the drain hole or channel at the bottom of the cabinet. Clear any grease or debris with a small brush or pipe cleaner.
• Avoid overfilling water pan: Fill the water pan only to the recommended level to prevent sloshing and overflow.
• Inspect grommets and plugs: Make sure any factory drain plugs or grommets are present and properly seated.
