Interior light does not turn on, but smoker otherwise works normally.

Safety first: Unplug the smoker before accessing the light.

• Check light switch: If your model has a separate light button, press it and listen for a click. If the switch feels loose or does nothing, it may be faulty.
• Inspect bulb/module: Access the light cover inside the smoker. Remove the cover and check the bulb or LED module for visible damage. Replace with a high-temperature-rated smoker light bulb or LED module specified by Pit Boss.
• Check wiring: If a new bulb does not work, inspect the wiring from the control board to the light. Repair any breaks or loose connectors.
