Racks are unstable or tilt when loaded with food.

Safety first: Do not use unstable racks; food can fall and cause burns.

• Inspect rack rails: Check the side rails inside the smoker for bending or separation from the wall.
• Straighten minor bends: Carefully bend rails back into position using pliers if only slightly deformed.
• Replace damaged supports: If rails are cracked or welds have failed, replace the rack support kit or side panel as supplied by Smokehouse Products.
• Use correct racks: Ensure you are using the original Smokehouse racks designed for your model.
