• Inspect gasket: Look for flat spots, cracks, or missing sections of the Smokehouse door gasket. Replace if damaged.
• Check door alignment: Close the door and check for even contact all around. Adjust hinges or latch if the door is skewed.
• Adjust latch tension: If the latch is adjustable, tighten it so the door pulls firmly against the gasket without excessive force.
• Replace door gasket: Remove the old gasket, clean the mounting surface, and install a new OEM Smokehouse door gasket, following the original routing.
