Possible Causes
Blocked vent, Overfilled water pan, Poor door seal, Control panel gasket leak
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Steam can cause burns; open the door carefully and stand back.
Steps:
- Check that the exhaust vent is open and unobstructed to allow steam to escape.
- Ensure the water pan (if used) is not overfilled; keep within the recommended level.
- Inspect the door gasket and replace if it is not sealing properly.
- Inspect the control panel gasket or seal; if water is entering behind the panel, replace the gasket and dry the area thoroughly.
Note: Some condensation is normal, but heavy dripping around electrical components must be corrected to avoid damage.
