How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Let the smoker cool before tightening or adjusting internal parts.
Steps:
- Ensure all racks are fully seated and not rubbing against the cabinet walls.
- Check that the heating element is secured in its clips and not flexing excessively.
- Tighten loose screws on internal baffles, heat shields, and exterior panels.
- Replace warped drip pans or accessories that may be flexing noisily.
Note: Some light ticking from metal expansion is normal, but loud or sharp noises may indicate loose parts.
