Charger’s front panel or enclosure is cracked, loose, or physically damaged, but unit may still operate.

Note: A damaged enclosure can compromise IP rating and safety.

• Inspect for exposure: Check if any live parts or wiring are exposed. If so, immediately disconnect power and do not use the charger.
• Stabilize mounting: Tighten or replace mounting screws and anchors to ensure the charger is securely fixed to the wall.
• Seal temporary gaps: As a short-term measure, protect small cracks from water ingress with weatherproof tape until proper parts are replaced.
• Replace enclosure parts: Order and install the correct ABB front cover or enclosure kit. Ensure gaskets and seals are properly seated.
• Post-repair test: After mechanical repair, perform a functional test and visual inspection for any internal damage.
