Note: Some ABB home chargers use RFID for user authentication.

• Test with known-good tag: Use an RFID card or fob that previously worked to rule out tag failure.
• Check settings: Ensure RFID authorization is enabled in the ABB configuration and that the tags are enrolled.
• Avoid interference: Remove other RFID or metal objects near the reader when presenting a tag.
• Inspect module (technician): Verify that the RFID reader module and antenna are securely connected to the UI board.
• Replace RFID module: If the reader remains unresponsive, replace the RFID reader module or front panel assembly.
