How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Steps:

  • Check Wi‑Fi signal strength at the charger using a smartphone; if weak, consider relocating the router or using a Wi‑Fi extender.
  • For Ethernet, replace the patch cable and ensure connectors click firmly into place.
  • Assign a static IP to the charger to avoid DHCP conflicts, if supported.
  • Ensure firewall rules allow outbound connections to the ABL backend or OCPP server ports.
