How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Steps:
- Check Wi‑Fi signal strength at the charger using a smartphone; if weak, consider relocating the router or using a Wi‑Fi extender.
- For Ethernet, replace the patch cable and ensure connectors click firmly into place.
- Assign a static IP to the charger to avoid DHCP conflicts, if supported.
- Ensure firewall rules allow outbound connections to the ABL backend or OCPP server ports.
If connectivity remains unstable with a known‑good network, the ABL communication module may be defective and require replacement.
