Possible Causes
Incorrect time zone or time set in configuration, Loss of time sync due to network issues, Faulty RTC battery or circuit on main board, Firmware bug affecting schedules
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Steps:
- Check and correct the date, time, and time zone in the ABL app or web interface.
- If the charger is networked, ensure it can reach NTP time servers or the backend for time synchronization.
- Disable schedules temporarily and verify that manual charging works as expected.
If time drifts significantly after power loss or over short periods, the RTC circuit or backup battery on the main control board may be defective and require board replacement.
