ABL charger’s RFID reader intermittently fails to recognize cards; sometimes works after multiple attempts.

Possible Causes

Weak or partially damaged RFID antenna, Electromagnetic interference from nearby devices, Loose RFID module connector, Worn or damaged RFID cards

Steps:

Test with several different authorized RFID cards or tags.
Remove or relocate sources of interference (e.g., Wi‑Fi routers, large metal objects) near the reader area.
Clean the front panel over the RFID area; avoid stickers or metal covers.
With power OFF, open the charger and reseat the RFID module connector on the main board.

If intermittent failures continue, replace the RFID reader module or front panel assembly.
