Basic user actions:

• Turn OFF the upstream breaker and wait 2 minutes.
• Turn the breaker ON and allow the charger to complete its self‑test. Listen for a distinct click from the internal contactor. If E05 reappears, do not continue cycling power.

• Visual inspection: With power OFF and covers removed, inspect the main contactor on the ABL power board for signs of overheating, discoloration, or mechanical damage.
• Check coil voltage and feedback: During a controlled test, verify that the control board is sending the correct coil voltage and that the feedback contacts change state when the contactor operates.
• Check wiring harness: Ensure all spade connectors or plug‑in harnesses between the main control board and contactor are secure.

Resolution: Replace the defective contactor or the entire ABL power module if the contactor is integrated. After replacement, perform a full functional test with a vehicle at low current.
