Possible Causes
Open or shorted current transformer (CT) on ABL power board, Loose CT connector to main control board, Saturated CT due to wiring error, Faulty ADC input on main control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Steps:
- Power OFF the charger and open the housing.
- Inspect CTs: Locate the current transformers around the phase conductors. Check for physical damage or dislodged cores.
- Check connectors: Ensure the CT leads are firmly plugged into the main control board.
- Verify wiring: Confirm that the phase conductors pass through the CTs as specified and are not doubled or misrouted.
Technician repair: Replace the defective CT assembly or the main control board if the ADC input is faulty. After replacement, perform calibration or verification as required by ABL.
