How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Moisture inside an electrical device is dangerous. Switch OFF power immediately.
Steps:
- Turn OFF the upstream breaker and do not use the charger until dry.
- Open the housing and carefully dry internal components with a lint‑free cloth; allow additional air‑drying time.
- Inspect gaskets, cable glands, and enclosure for damage. Replace damaged seals and tighten glands to the correct torque.
- Ensure the charger is mounted vertically and that water cannot run along cables into the housing.
If corrosion or damage to the power board or connectors is found, those components must be replaced by a technician.
