• Step 2 – Check for moisture: Look for condensation or water marks behind the display window. Address any sealing issues.
• Step 3 – Reseat ribbon cable: With power OFF, gently reseat the display’s ribbon cable or connector on the main PCB.
• Step 4 – External monitoring: Use the Alfen app or web interface to monitor status while the display is degraded.
• Step 5 – Replace display: If the display remains dim or unreadable, it likely needs replacement.
