  • Verify time settings: In the app or web interface, check that the charger’s date, time, and time zone are correct.
  • Disable and re‑enable schedules: Delete existing schedules, save, then recreate them carefully.
  • Ensure network time sync: If the charger relies on internet time, confirm it has network access (see E12).
  • Firmware update: Apply any recommended firmware updates that address scheduling behavior.
