Possible Causes
Corrupted RFID whitelist, Firmware update reset access list, Failing RFID reader antenna, Electromagnetic interference near reader
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: This is an access issue, not an electrical hazard.
- Re‑enroll cards: Use the app or backend to re‑register RFID cards to the charger.
- Test multiple cards: Try more than one card to rule out a single card failure.
- Remove interference sources: Avoid placing large metal objects or strong RF sources (e.g., Wi‑Fi routers) directly behind the charger.
- Firmware and reset: Update firmware if available and, if necessary, perform a factory reset (following Amperfied instructions) and reconfigure access control.
- If still failing: Replace the RFID reader module.
