How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Even if the display is dead, internal circuits are live. Turn OFF the breaker before opening.
- 1. Check app status:
- Use the AMPROAD app to confirm that the charger is online and charging correctly.
- 2. Inspect display connections:
- With power OFF, open the charger and reseat the ribbon cable between the display and control board.
- 3. Look for damage:
- Check the front panel for cracks or water ingress around the display area.
- 4. Replace display module: If the display remains blank, replace the AMPROAD display/HMI module according to service instructions.
