Charger enclosure vibrates noticeably or rattles when charging at high current.

Safety: Turn OFF power before tightening any mounting hardware or opening the unit.

• 1. Check wall mount:
  • Verify that all mounting screws and brackets securing the AMPROAD charger to the wall are tight.
  • Ensure the wall anchors are appropriate for the wall material.
• 2. Inspect internal components:
  • With power OFF, open the charger and check that large components (transformer, inductor, contactor) are firmly secured.
• 3. Cable management:
  • Ensure the output cable is supported and not pulling on the enclosure, which can cause vibration.
• 4. Add damping (if needed):
  • Use manufacturer-approved rubber washers or spacers on mounting points to reduce resonance.
