- Configure settings via the AMPROAD app as a temporary workaround.
3. Inspect internal connections:
- With power OFF, open the charger and reseat the ribbon cable between the HMI and main control board.
4. Check for moisture:
- Look for condensation or water under the front panel; dry thoroughly and address any sealing issues.
5. Replace HMI module: If buttons or touch sensors remain unresponsive, replace the AMPROAD display/HMI module.
