How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn OFF power before removing the front panel or accessing the HMI board.

  • 1. Clean front surface:
    • Wipe the front panel with a dry, lint-free cloth to remove dirt or moisture.
  • 2. Use the app:
    • Configure settings via the AMPROAD app as a temporary workaround.
  • 3. Inspect internal connections:
    • With power OFF, open the charger and reseat the ribbon cable between the HMI and main control board.
  • 4. Check for moisture:
    • Look for condensation or water under the front panel; dry thoroughly and address any sealing issues.
  • 5. Replace HMI module: If buttons or touch sensors remain unresponsive, replace the AMPROAD display/HMI module.
