How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF power before removing the front panel or accessing the HMI board.
- 1. Clean front surface:
- Wipe the front panel with a dry, lint-free cloth to remove dirt or moisture.
- 2. Use the app:
- Configure settings via the AMPROAD app as a temporary workaround.
- 3. Inspect internal connections:
- With power OFF, open the charger and reseat the ribbon cable between the HMI and main control board.
- 4. Check for moisture:
- Look for condensation or water under the front panel; dry thoroughly and address any sealing issues.
- 5. Replace HMI module: If buttons or touch sensors remain unresponsive, replace the AMPROAD display/HMI module.
