Possible Causes
Failed Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth module, Loose communication daughterboard, Corrupted network configuration, Incompatible firmware between main board and comms module
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Network faults are usually low risk electrically, but always turn OFF power before opening the enclosure.
- 1. Reset network settings:
- Use the AMPROAD app or front panel to reset Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth settings to factory defaults.
- Reconfigure the network connection and test.
- 2. Power-cycle:
- Turn OFF the breaker for 2–3 minutes, then restore power and check if E11 clears.
- 3. Inspect communication module:
- With power OFF, open the charger and locate the Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth module or communication daughterboard.
- Reseat the module and check for bent pins or corrosion.
- 4. Firmware compatibility:
- Check AMPROAD documentation for required firmware versions for the main board and comms module.
- Update firmware if instructed by AMPROAD support.
- 5. Replace module if needed: If E11 persists and the module shows no signs of life (no status LED, no broadcast), replace the AMPROAD communication module.
