Possible Causes

Failed Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth module, Loose communication daughterboard, Corrupted network configuration, Incompatible firmware between main board and comms module

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Network faults are usually low risk electrically, but always turn OFF power before opening the enclosure.

  • 1. Reset network settings:
    • Use the AMPROAD app or front panel to reset Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth settings to factory defaults.
    • Reconfigure the network connection and test.
  • 2. Power-cycle:
    • Turn OFF the breaker for 2–3 minutes, then restore power and check if E11 clears.
  • 3. Inspect communication module:
    • With power OFF, open the charger and locate the Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth module or communication daughterboard.
    • Reseat the module and check for bent pins or corrosion.
  • 4. Firmware compatibility:
    • Check AMPROAD documentation for required firmware versions for the main board and comms module.
    • Update firmware if instructed by AMPROAD support.
  • 5. Replace module if needed: If E11 persists and the module shows no signs of life (no status LED, no broadcast), replace the AMPROAD communication module.
