Safety first: If your main breaker trips, reduce EV charging current or stop charging until load management is working correctly.

User steps:

Open the Andersen app and verify that load management is enabled and that the correct main fuse rating is set.
Temporarily reduce the maximum charge current to a safe level that does not trip the main breaker.

For an electrician:

Confirm that the CT clamp is installed on the correct mains tail and oriented properly.
Check CT wiring continuity to the Andersen CT input.
Test the CT input on the main control PCB and replace the PCB if it does not read CT current correctly.
