Safety first: Do not force the connector; ensure the charger is not physically damaged.
User steps:
- Unplug and firmly reinsert the Type 2 plug into the Andersen socket until you hear/feel it latch.
- Check the vehicle dashboard or app for any charging‑related warnings; ensure the car is unlocked or in the correct mode to accept a charge.
- Try starting a charge manually from the Andersen app if that option exists.
- Test with another EV or another cable if available.
If the charger never transitions from 'Ready' to 'Charging' with any vehicle:
