Possible Causes
Tripped or off breaker, Blown internal fuse, Loose line connections at terminal block, Failed low-voltage power supply module
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Always verify the circuit is de-energized before opening the charger.
- Check breaker: Ensure the dedicated breaker feeding the Autel charger is in the ON position and has not tripped. Reset if necessary and observe if it trips again.
- Verify voltage at input: Have an electrician measure voltage at the charger input terminals. If no voltage is present, the issue is upstream.
- Inspect internal fuse: With power off, open the charger and locate any internal fuses on the low-voltage power supply board. Replace only with identical rated fuses.
- Check terminal tightness: Confirm that line and neutral (if used) conductors are firmly secured in the terminal block.
- Replace power supply: If input voltage and fuses are good but the charger remains dead, the internal low-voltage power supply module or main control board is likely faulty and should be replaced.
