How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before removing the front cover.
- Check brightness and sleep: Some Autel models dim or sleep the display. Tap the screen or press a button to wake it and adjust brightness in the app if possible.
- Inspect display connections: With power off, remove the front cover and reseat the ribbon cable between the display and the main or HMI board.
- Look for damage: Check the display for cracks, moisture, or burn marks. Any physical damage usually requires replacement.
- App control: If the charger responds via the Autel app but the screen stays blank, the display module itself is likely faulty and should be replaced.
