Possible Causes
Blocked ventilation slots, High ambient temperature, Failed internal cooling fan (if equipped), Degraded thermal interface on power module
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Allow the charger to cool before touching internal components.
- Check ambient conditions: Ensure the charger is not installed in direct sunlight or in a confined, unventilated space. Ambient temperature should be within Autel’s specified range.
- Inspect ventilation: Remove dust and debris from vents using a soft brush or vacuum. Do not block airflow with storage items or covers.
- Listen for fan operation: During charging, you should hear the internal cooling fan (if your model has one). If the fan does not run, power off, open the housing (qualified persons only), and check the fan connector and wiring.
- Check mounting surface: Ensure the charger is firmly mounted to a solid surface to allow heat dissipation. Avoid insulating backings that trap heat.
- Reset after cooling: Turn off power for 10–15 minutes to allow full cooling, then restore power and clear E007. If the error recurs quickly under normal conditions, the temperature sensor or power module may be failing and should be replaced.
